Welcome to Planet Thai cuisine. Since 1985, my partners and I have been constantly

working to improve the Thai cuisine from hotels in Bangkok, restaurants in New York,

culinary school in Oregon, and cooking competitions in Washington.

 It is our wish to offer superb dishes and take you on a culinary journey through Thailand.

Our menu is focused on select items through out the regions of Thailand

that use the freshest ingredients and well balanced flavors.

Most of our Thai dishes are designed to be eaten family style.

Drunken Noodle*

Jade Green Curry**

Just like red curry but with fresh green chili paste, bamboo shoot, bell pepper, basil, and eggplant

which make this dish so elegant.

Classic Yellow Curry*

Mildest curry you can get with onion, carrot, and potato topped with frizzled shallots.

Creamy Panang Curry**

Creamy smooth red curry with ground peanut, bell pepper, green bean, and kaffir lime leaf.

Stewed Beef Mussaman Curry**
